2023-2027 Yamaha YZ450F Titanium Oversize Valve Kit
Dynamic Racing’s high-performance titanium oversize valve kit features +2.0mm oversize titanium intake valves and +1.5mm oversize titanium exhaust valves. Designed for Flat Track, Ice Racing, and Drag Racing applications, these valves significantly increase airflow for improved cylinder filling and deliver stronger mid-to-top-end power.

Product Features:
- Exhaust Valves: Increased diameter to 32.0mm (+1.5mm larger than OEM) – Titanium
- Intake Valves: Increased diameter to 41.0mm (+2.0mm larger than OEM) – Titanium
- Requirements!
- Recut OEM exhaust valve seat for larger valve
- Machine work to remove and reinstall larger “intake” valve seats
- Must use at least a 42mm intake valve seat
- Requires a piston with increased valve pocket diameters!
- Valve Stem Size: Remain OEM of 5.5mm
- Material: Manufactured in the USA with high-quality titanium for exceptional strength and longevity
