Upgrade your Honda XR200 with the Ferzza Stroker & Long Rod Kit. Includes a +2mm longer rod, a 2mm offset crank pin to create a 4mm stroke. This kit increases engine stroke, delivers more torque, improves mid-range performance, and boosts peak power.
The kit includes a +2mm longer rod, a 2mm offset crank pin, a new rod bearing and cylinder space plates to complete the package.
The 2mm offset crank pin converts the crankshaft to a 4mm stroker, increasing engine stroke which drastically improves low to mid-range torque and netting more peak power. The 2mm longer rod enhances torque and mid-range performance, as well as better peak power while also reducing cylinder all loading.
We import these rods directly from Ferzza and have subjected them to extensive racing conditions without failure. They offer superior strength and durability, resulting in a longer lifespan for each rod and, most importantly, protecting your engine from catastrophic failure.

2mm Offset Crank Pin:

Compatibility:
- Will not work with standard piston kit, the piston will stick out the top of the cylinder 4mm! We recommend using our custom DEF Racing 66.5mm or 67mm long stroker piston that does NOT require any spacer plates or additional gaskets to be used.
- You can also drop in a CRF230 piston which has a roughly 4mm lower compression height.
