Description
2020-2022 Yamaha YZ450 – Dual Injector Kit “Grudge Race Only”
Dynamic Engine Factory high-performance dual injector system for the 2020-2022 Yamaha YZ450F. The system fully replaces the stock restrictive airbox, and the new short funnel velocity stack with a mounted dual-injector transforms the entire power curve. With the addition of a dual injector, we are optimizing the air fuel atomization as well as cooling the intake charge. The kit features an in-house 3D-printed, fuel-resistant velocity stack mounted with our proven twin injector housing. Designed to deliver high-speed, stable airflow and fuel into the cylinder head, optimizing horsepower potential. Installation is a straightforward, drop-in upgrade, with an installation time under 30 minutes.
This kit must be paired with the RP Race 52mm Throttle Body.
Please specify your desired injector flow rate from the dropdown menu
Fuel Injector Options:
- 450cc – Gasoline, U4, MR12, Pro6, ETS etc.
- 980cc – Alcohol, VP M5, etc.
- 1500cc – Alcohol/Nitro, VP 50/50 Mix, Funny Fuel etc.
NOTE: You do not need a huge flow rate injector, the mapping is designed to split the fuel demand between both injectors, the one directly mounted in the throttle body and this upper intake injector. If you have questions, please email us.
Kit Includes:
- DEF Custom 3D Printed Intake (Chemical Resistant)
- Pre-Programmed Vortex ECU

- This kit removes all stock air filtration components and is intended exclusively for use on paved surfaces; it is not suitable for off-road operation.
An aftermarket ECU is required to control and activate the second injector (e.g., Vortex, GET, AIM). Moreover, a custom dyno tune calibration is always recommended for maximum gains and accurate air fuel ratio.
