This kit is not for the faint of heart! This is a dedicated drag race monster. The 103mm dry block cylinder (no water jackets = less weight, no cooling worries on short brutal runs) is one of the largest bores ever reliably fitted to this platform, paired with a 6mm stroker crank + custom longer rod for serious low-end grunt and mid-range pull with massive peak power gains! This kit increases your engine’s displacement to an impressive 567cc.
This is a full commitment drag-only package!
- You’ll need:
- • A properly ported high-flow cylinder head
- • Aggressive camshaft (high-lift / increased duration)
- • Large-volume intake / velocity stack setup
- • Free-flowing drag exhaust
- • Upgraded fuel system (larger injectors / pump for alcohol fuels)
- • ECU tuning / aftermarket ECU (Vortex, GET, etc.)
Gasoline (MR12, Pro6 etc.) based fuels with a correctly spec’d engine configuration you can expect a 25-30 hp increase from the stock engines power curve. Properly built engines should see 80-85 horsepower.
Alcohol/Methanol/Nitro (M5, 5050 etc.) based fuels with a correctly spec’d engine configuration you can expect a 35-45 hp increase from the stock engines power curve. Properly built engines should see 95-105 horsepower.
An experienced engine builder and tuner is a must to get the maximum performance from a kit like this!

Key Features:
- Stroke Increase: Adds 6MM to the engine stroke, making it 68.1MM
- Cylinder: DRY BLOCK 103MM cylinder
- Connecting Rod: Includes a custom longer length rod. Engineered to withstand extreme engine conditions and cylinder pressures
- Balanced Crank: The crankshaft is heavy metal balanced to accommodate the new reciprocating weight of the assembly, no vibrations!
- Assembled and Trued: The crankshaft is pre-assembled and trued for optimal performance
- Crank Pin: Welded to prevent twisting
- Cam Chain: Includes longer cam chain to accommodate for higher deck height
- Head Studs: Heavy Duty head studs prevent the cylinder head from lifting due to extreme cylinder pressures
- Gaskets and Cylinder Spacer: 103MM copper head gasket, 2x cylinders gaskets and aluminum spacer is needed for raising the cylinder to fit the longer rod and stroker crank

- Must route new oil line from case to cylinder! Cylinder does not allow oil to pass through!
- Light case trenching and modifying the counter balancer shaft to clear the big end of the connecting rod during the engine’s rotation is required
- Boring the cases for the larger cylinder skirt is required
We can provide this machining services to your cases and balancer shaft for an additional $250 if you send them in when purchasing our kit.
